3 Purpose of processing personal data

The following data concerning persons who have left a contact request can be saved in the Register: (i) name, (ii) email address, and (iii) topic of contact request.

Personal data is primarily collected directly from the person leaving a contact request, and from the user of the Services based on orders, contracts or other communication, and when the user uses the Services offered by Atex.

Personal data is stored in registers for an indeterminate period. Atex may process personal data for taxation and legal purposes for as long as necessary.

7 Disclosures and transfers of personal data
Atex can disclose personal data within the limits of the valid legislation and for the above-mentioned purposes, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Personal data may be disclosed to the authorities within the framework set by data protection legislation.

The data subject has the right to request that Atex rectify inaccurate or erroneous or personal data pertaining to him/her or to supplement incomplete personal data. The data subject has the right to request the removal of his/her personal data.
A request to exercise the above-mentioned rights must be presented to Atex in accordance with article 10 of this Privacy Policy.

If Atex processes the data subject’s personal data, the data subject has the right to restrict the processing of his/her personal data. A request to restrict the processing of personal data must be presented to Atex in accordance with article 10 of this Privacy Policy.

9.4 Data subject’s right to file an appeal with the supervisory authority
The data subject has the right to file an appeal with the competent data protection authority if he/she is of the opinion that Atex has not complied with the obligations set for it in data protection legislation.

9.5 Other rights
If the processing of personal data is based on the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to revoke his/her consent by notifying Atex of the matter in accordance with article 10 of this Privacy Policy.

9.6 Changes to the Privacy Policy
Atex may, from time to time, make changes to this Privacy Policy. If, however, this Privacy Policy is substantially altered, Atex will state the matter at the beginning of this Privacy Policy and on the website for a period of 30 days. Atex recommends reading this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to gain information about any possible amendments that have been made to this Privacy Policy.
