Winsale is a sell support system which is possible to integrate with circulation system or run it standalone.
Winsale 6.0 is web-based, which means that the users can be located wherever they want. Also the supervisor can control the results on line.
Winsale consists of two parts, main station and sell station:
Main station is administered by a supervisor who collects all selling material. Material may come from Kayak or a ready-to-go select program in TID2000 or even from external sources. Supervisor assigns the selling material to all active sellers. When the assignment is done, the sellers start to work. After complete selling duty, the results go back to main station for statistics, commissions, sell letters etc. For customers that run circulation system is it possible to create an update file which updates orders etc.
Effective Selling Process
When sellers come to work, they only login to sell station and then they have all selling material ready for the day, including all recalls they have created earlier. The system has different kind of shortcuts which make the selling work very effective, like “Dial to”, recalls, mind notes, orders etc. During the selling duty seller can easily see statistics how his/her work is going. Customers that are marked to recall will come up automatic on correct day and time.
Now also available Winsale call center version, in which multiple call centers can work independently into one system. Also it´s very easy to compare the sales between different call centers and split the material between them.
