TS-Yhtymä's local papers in southwest Finland switched to Kayak system during the weekend of 27 - 28.11.2010. Uudenkaupungin Sanomat, Loimaan Lehti, Laitilan Sanomat, Auranmaan Viikkolehti, Paikallislehti Somero, Kunnallislehti, Ykkössanomat and Kaarina started production use of Kayak right away without any parallel drive.
Thanks to customer´s project team, implementation went as planned without any major surprises. The team has done a fantastic job converting the data from the old system into Kayak environment. TS-Yhtymä´s Project Manager Jari Lehtiö commented: "Sure, the switch has caused small corrections and required some learning, but considering the size of the project, the implementation went very well."
The project continues with implementation in Turun Sanomat and Salon Seudun Sanomat in February 2011.
